Abbie is an Akashic Records Reader, a Psychosomatic Womb Practitioner, and the founder of the Womb-Led Method, a one-to-one practice applying depth psychology and feminine energetics to the subconscious adaptive structures stored inside of the womb.

The Womb-Led Method guides women to return awareness to their body, and to breathe life back into their spirit, through finding the courage to soften, to be present with what is alive within them, and to allow the intelligence of their own womb guide them back into a space of strength, connection, beauty and deep embodiment.

Her work moves between the Records and the body,‍ ‍and rests on one single premise: a woman’s sovereign commitment to her own heart, and to the spirit that imbues her physical vessel, is what will guide her through every season, every landmark, every dark tunnel in her life.

The themes that underpin Abbie’s work are acknowledging the uncomfortable truths, giving voice to what remains in the dark and in shame, developing an unwavering trust in your own authority, and developing a dance with the energetics that shape your life’s way.

Abbie’s path to this work was unorthodox. She graduated from the University of Melbourne with an Honours Degree in Political Science, and Anthropology and Social Theory, and spent her late teens and early twenties inside government institutions — at twenty, an International Fellow in the United States Congress; at twenty-one, a summer advisor in the Women’s Office of Australia’s Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet; at twenty-three, at the Australian Consulate in New York.

Through a series of unexpected events, she began reading the Records spontaneously, one evening in Oslo, Norway in 2020, with no training of any kind. She has since read for hundreds of women across twelve countries. Not long thereafter, the Womb-Led Method emerged, and is the only framework through which she successfully overcame fifteen years of Vaginismus, and the accompanying psycho-emotional apparatuses that were established from experiences of sexual and relational traumas.

The easiest way to connect with Abbie’s work is through her readings, her one-to-one womb containers, or her experimental writing processes on Instagram and Substack.

Abbie currently lives in Northern California, and spends most of her free time in the quiet spots between the pine trees.
